Back in January, I wrote a post about my favorite strategy for sales and entrepreneurship: Planting Seeds. I'm still planting seeds, because it's the best way I know to grow a business. Most of the time, these seeds don't turn into a damn thing. I accept that. It's part of the process. Being human though, I will, on very rare occasions, feel the need to vocalize my frustration regarding an unsuccessful seed planting.

And this was all the opportunity David needed to use my own terminology against me and drop this wonderful nugget of wisdom today...

"When you plant lots of seeds, sometimes you get manure on your hands."
