It's so easy to get distracted, lose focus, forget priorities and revert to old habits. It happens. That's life. The key is to recognize it early and fix it.

My morning schedule took a hit over the last week or so. That's very bad for me. My mornings dictate my entire day. Before I make it into the office to start my work day, I meditate, write a blog post, workout, cook a massive veggie omlet, get ready for work and make a delicious smoothie. By the time I get to the office, I'm firing on all cylindars.

When I'm off my game, I may not do any of those things. Then I don't feel right mentally, physically, emotionally. The whole day just isn't right. I can normally pull it together and power through the day, but I'm definitely not at my best.

So. I'm back. Mouring routines will again be dominated. Writing every day. I have 2 Free Startup Idea Fridays to catch up on. Operating in a peak state. Let's do this!
